This is the third flash sale for the Reliance Jio Phone 2. The most recent one took place on August 30. During the flash sale, the enthusiasts have to be quick as a cat to avail the limited period offer. They will have to add the phone to their car, and click check out as fast as they can.
Also, since this is also a flash sale, there will only be a limited amount of phones available for purchase. Once they are all gone, you will see the ‘Out of Stock’ message. The flash sale on September 6 will commence at 12 PM. This means that the phone could go up on sale at 11:59:59.
It is best to remain on the website, keep refreshing it ever so frequently before 12PM, and keep your mouse on the ‘Buy Now/Add to Cart’ button. Millions of users would be online waiting for the opportunity to buy the phone, so there are chances that the site may not load properly, or even crash at the last moment. That is what happened during the last flash sale. Hopefully, this time it will be better managed by Reliance.

Jio Phone 2: Specifications, Features
The Jio Phone 2 is a boon to India, as it brings internet and 4G to the masses. The first Jio Phone was a huge success, and the Jio Phone 2 aims to take things up a notch. The phone comes with a new design, a full QWERTY keyboard, and more features. Internally, there aren’t any differences between Jio Phone and Jio Phone 2.
You get a 2.4-inch QVGA display, which is now in landscape mode. There’s a full QWERTY keypad below, and a four-directional navigational pad. It uses a Spreadtrum processor, has 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of internal storage. You do get a microSD slot for adding more storage, and it has dual-SIM slots as well.
The phone does have a camera, but it’s not that great. You cannot really expect much from a feature phone anyway. There’s a 2MP rear facing camera, and a 0.3MP camera for selfies. A 2000mAh battery keeps the lights on, and you get Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, 4G VoLTE, and an LED torch. As for software, it runs on KaiOS, and will soon get apps such as WhatsApp and YouTube, with a slew of Google Apps already available.
