Job Description:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the centre.
Answer queries, resolve complaints and provide basic and accurate information 

for the challenges faced by the customers.
Work basis the feedback mechanism.
Work with Team Members to ensure coordination and 100%CSAT.
Deliver consistent Customer service experience.
Empathise with the customers and get the problems solved.
