Job Description:
1) Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office.
2) Perform clerical duties in order to maintain administration.
3) Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible.
4) Provide administrative services for the Managing Director.
5) Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
6) Deal with queries from the public and customers.
7) Prepare correspondence and documents.
8) Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering.
9) Monitor and maintain office equipment.
10) Control inventory relevant to reception area.
11) Hospitality of the clients.
12) Arranging for accommodation for clients.
13) Client handling.
14) Student Coordination.
15) Class arrangements.
